2 (10 oz) pkgs watermelon chunks
1/4 cup honey
Juice the lime. Whiz the watermelon, honey, and lime juice in a blender until smooth. Pour into a square 8x8-inch baking dish (ideally glass or aluminum). For best results, freeze for at least 3 hours.
Once mixture is frozen, use a fork to scrape the granita into glass cups or bowls.
