Bright heirloom tomatoes add both vibrant color and fresh flavor to this delicious take on a caprese salad on top of sourdough bread.
1. Toast the bread. Meanwhile, thinly slice the mozzarella and tomato. Roughly chop the basil.
2. Divide the tomato slices among the bread and top with basil and mozzarella. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil. Season with salt (in moderation) and pepper.
