Toasted Orecchiette with Sausage & Greens

Ingredients

> 1 tbsp Bertolli ® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
> 1 pkg (1 lb) Carando® Venetian Sweet Italian Sausage, removed form casings
> 12 oz uncooked orecchiette pasta
> 1 jar Bertolli ® Rustic Cut ™ Roasted Garlic Marinara with Garden Vegetables Sauce
> 1/2 bunch broccoli rabe (rapini), trimmed, cut into 2-inch pieces

Steps

Heat oil in large pot or Dutch oven on medium-high heat; add sausage. Cook 5-6 min. or until browned, using back of spoon to break meat into small pieces. Add pasta; cook 3-4 min. or until some of the pasta is golden brown around edges.

Add 3 cups water to pan; cover. Cook on medium heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.

Stir in marinara. Top with broccoli rabe; cover. Cook 4-6 min. or until pasta is done.

Tips

Garnish each serving with red pepper flakes.
