Protein-rich chia seeds and dairy-free almond milk make this breakfast filling, nutritious, and satisfying. Using ripe summer fruits means less added sweetener.
1. Place chia seeds in a bowl with almond milk and maple syrup and leave to soak for at least 15 min. or up to overnight. Meanwhile, slice the bananas and the strawberries.
2. Divide the chia-almond milk mixture among 4 bowls and top with sliced banana, raspberries, and sliced strawberries. Garnish with coconut flakes and almond slices.
