A few ingredients and a whirl in the food processor are all it takes to get this easy app on the table.
1. Drain the tomatoes and pat dry with paper towels. Add tomatoes to a food processor, along with the remaining ingredients. Pulse until mixture is well blended, adding 1–2 tbsp water, if needed, to achieve desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with additional chives. Serve with Parmesan Crisps.
