Ingredients

> 4 boneless pork chops
> 2 tbsp sesame oil
> 1 bunch green onions
> 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
> 2 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
> 3 tbsp honey
> 1 tbsp minced garlic
> 1/4 cup Nature's Promise Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth

Steps

1
Pat the pork dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
2
In a 12-inch skillet, heat the oil on medium-high. Add pork to skillet and cook 3–4 min. per side, until browned. Transfer to a plate.
3
While pork cooks, thinly slice the green onions, reserving 2 tbsp for garnish. In a medium bowl, whisk together the crushed red pepper, soy sauce, and honey.
4
To same skillet, add the garlic and green onions. Cook 1 min., stirring. Stir in the broth, scraping up any browned bits. Add the soy mixture and return pork to skillet. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 2–3 min., until pork is cooked through and liquid has reduced, turning pork occasionally and spooning sauce over.
5
To serve, garnish with reserved green onions.
