Corned Beef Burgers with Apple-Sauerkraut Slaw

Ingredients

> 1/4 lb corned beef 
> 1 lb 85% lean ground beef
> 3/4 tsp ground coriander
> 1/4 tsp allspice
> 1 cup sauerkraut
> 1 Gala apple
> 2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
> 2 tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
> 1/2 cup arugula
> 4 hamburger buns

Set grill to medium. Finely chop the corned beef and add to medium bowl, along with the ground beef. Mix until combined. In a small bowl, combine the coriander, allspice, salt, and pepper. Form beef into 4 patties. Season all over with spice mixture.

Grill burgers 5–6 min. per side, until desired doneness.

Meanwhile, rinse and drain the sauerkraut. Cut the apple into matchsticks. In a medium bowl, combine the apple, sauerkraut, mustard, and mayonnaise. Serve the burgers on the buns with the arugula. Top with the slaw.
