Baked Camembert with Red Currants

Ingredients

> 1 (8 oz) round Camembert cheese or Brie in wooden box
> 1 large baguette
> olive oil spray
> 1 tbsp red currant jelly
> 1 small bunch red currants

Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove all plastic packaging from the camembert. Thinly slice top rind off cheese round. Return cheese to wooden box, discarding lid. Season with pepper. Bake 15–20 min. on a small baking sheet, until cheese is very melted.

Meanwhile, thinly slice the baguette and arrange on a large baking sheet. Spray on both sides with the olive oil spray. Bake 10 min., alongside cheese, until golden brown.

Carefully transfer the wooden box to a serving platter. Arrange toasted baguette slices around cheese. Top with the jelly and garnish with the red currants. Serve immediately.
