In a microwave-safe large bowl, microwave the cream 1 min., until hot. Into cream, stir the coffee, rum, and liqueur. Mix to combine. Microwave 30 sec., until hot.

Ladle into mugs and top with whipped cream, if desired.
Tips
Want a toasty mug so the beverage stays warm longer? Fill each mug with hot water and let sit for 1 min. Pour water out and then fill with the hot toddy.
