Grilled Flatbread

Store-bought pizza dough makes grilled Mediterranean-style flatbread doable at home. Serve it alongside your favorite spreads and dips.

Ingredients

> 1/4 cup olive oil
> 1 tbsp minced garlic
> 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
> 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
> 1 lb frozen pizza dough, thawed

Steps

Set grill to medium. In a medium bowl, stir together the oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the dough in half. On lightly floured surface, roll and stretch both pieces of dough as thinly as possible.

Brush tops of dough with half the oil mixture. Place dough on grill, oiled-sides down. Cover and grill 2–3 min., until bottoms are lightly charred and golden brown. Brush tops with remaining oil mixture and turn pieces of dough over. Grill another 2–3 min., until bottoms are lightly charred and golden brown. Transfer to serving platter. Tear each into 3–4 pieces and serve warm.
