1. Beat eggs and dressing until well blended. Stir in ham and 2 Tbsp. each salsa and cheese.
2. Pour into nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray; cook on medium heat 2 to 3 min. or until set, stirring occasionally.
3. Spoon onto tortillas. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito-style. Top with remaining salsa and cheese.
