Date and Oat Bites

These no-bake treats are naturally sweetened with dates, which also hold it all together with their sticky consistency.

Ingredients

> 1 (10 oz) Nature's Promise® container Organic Medjool Dates, pitted
> 1/4 cup Nature's Promise® cashew butter
> 3/4 cup quick 1-minute oats
> 1 tsp vanilla extract
> 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Steps

Add the dates to a food processor and pulse until in very small pieces.

To food processor, add the cashew butter, oats, vanilla, and cinnamon. Pulse until combined but not puréed.

Line a baking sheet or platter with parchment. Scoop and roll mixture into 1-inch balls, pressing them tightly together. Refrigerate 30 min., until set. Keep in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
