Ingredients

> 4 ears corn with husks
> 2 tbsp butter
> 1 tbsp Louisiana-style hot sauce
> 2 tsp honey

Steps

1
Build a fire or remove grill grate and build a medium-low fire in a charcoal grill. Place the corn in a large pot and cover with cold water. Let soak at least 15 min. and up to 1 hour.
2
Drain corn. Arrange corn on embers and cook 7–10 min., until browned all over, turning occasionally. Let corn cool.
3
Meanwhile, in a small pot, melt the butter for 30 sec.–1 min. Stir in the hot sauce and honey. Pull husks back and remove silk from corn. Brush corn with butter mixture and season with salt to taste.

Tips

Corn can also be grilled, husks on, over medium heat 15 min., turning occasionally.
