Ingredients

> 12 large eggs
> 2 green onions
> 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
> 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
> 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
> 1 tsp poppy seeds
> 1 tsp sesame seeds
> 1 tsp dried minced onion

Steps

1
In a medium pot, combine the eggs and enough cold water to cover by 1 inch. Heat to a boil on high. Immediately cover pot with lid and remove from heat. Let eggs stand 10 min. Meanwhile, very finely chop the green onions.
2
Drain eggs and transfer to a large bowl with ice water until eggs are cold. Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop yolks into a medium bowl. To yolks, add the mayonnaise, relish, mustard, and green onions. Season with salt to taste. Use a fork to mash yolks until mostly smooth.
3
Fill egg whites with yolk mixture. In a small bowl, combine the poppy seeds, sesame seeds, and minced onion. Season generously with coarsely ground black pepper. Just before serving, garnish deviled eggs with seed mixture.
