Picnic™ Gourmet Spreads Turkey Tartines

A simple & healthy lunch favorite! It’s also great for dinner; add some greens, a glass of Sauvignon Blanc and you have an excellent, light & satisfying meal.

Ingredients

> 4 slices Sourdough bread
> 1 (8 oz) container Picnic Moroccan Cilantro Spread
> 1/2 lb shaved Deli Turkey
> 1/4 cup Red Onion (small dice)
> 1/2 cup Italian Parsley (finely sliced)
> Flaked Sea Salt optional

Steps

Toast the bread and place each slice on a plate.

Spread 1-2 tablespoons of Moroccan Cilantro Spread on each slice of bread.

Place shaved turkey on each.

Sprinkle red onion, then parsley over each.

*Optional - Sprinkle each with Flaked Sea Salt such as Maldon.
