Using a serrated knife, coarsely chop the chocolate. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate 2–3 min., stirring every 30 sec.

Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the sandwich cookies on wire rack. Dip the bottom of each Bugle into melted chocolate and place in the center of each sandwich cookie. With a large spoon, drizzle melted chocolate to fully coat each cookie. Allow to cool completely to set.
