Sheet Pan Sausage with Peppers, Onions, and Cheese Bread

Cheesy Hawaiian rolls accompany an easy sheet pan dinner of sausage and peppers in a fun, family-friendly weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

> 1 (16 oz) pkg Nature's Promise® Sweet Italian Pork Sausage
> 3 bell peppers
> 1 yellow onion
> 2 tbsp olive oil
> 1/2 (12 oz) pkg Hawaiian rolls
> 1/2 cup finely shredded 6 Cheese Italian Blend

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment. Score the sausages on both sides. Halve the bell peppers and remove seeds. Cut bell peppers and onion lengthwise into ½-inch strips.

To baking sheet, add bell pepper and onion strips. Toss with the oil and season with salt and pepper. Top vegetables with sausages. Roast 35–40 min., until sausages are fully cooked and vegetables are tender, tossing once halfway through.

Meanwhile, keeping rolls intact, use a serrated knife to cut the rolls in half horizontally. Top bottom half with the cheese and place other half on top. Wrap in foil and bake in oven at the halfway mark for the sheet pan dinner, baking about 15 min. Serve sausage, peppers, and onions with cheese bread.
