This 4-ingredient side dish is as easy as can be. The Brussels sprouts get crunchy on the outside thanks to an air fryer yet stay perfectly tender inside.
2 (12 oz) pkgs halved Brussels sprouts
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
Preheat air fryer to 375°F. In a large bowl, toss together Brussels sprouts and oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Air-fry the Brussels sprouts, in batches if needed, for 10 min., shaking every 5 min., until golden brown. Meanwhile, in a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave butter until melted. Into butter, grate 1 tsp lemon zest and squeeze 1 tbsp juice. Drizzle lemon butter over Brussels sprouts to serve.
