Ingredients

2 (28 oz) cans whole tomatillos, drained and rinsed

1 (10 oz) can green chilies, diced

1/2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tsp cumin
>
1/2 tsp oregano
>
2 cloves garlic, minced
>
1 tsp salt
>
1/4 tsp pepper
>
1/2 red onion, diced
>
1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped

Add tomatillos, green chilies, lemon juice, lime juice, cumin, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper to a processor, and mix until combined

Add red onion and cilantro, and pulse until just incorporated (2-3 pulses).
