Tomatillo Salsa Verde

Ingredients

> 2 (28 oz) cans whole tomatillos, drained and rinsed
> 1 (10 oz) can green chilies, diced
> 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
> 1 tbsp lime juice
> 1 tsp cumin
> 1/2 tsp oregano
> 2 cloves garlic, minced
> 1 tsp salt
> 1/4 tsp pepper
> 1/2 red onion, diced
> 1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped

Steps

Add tomatillos, green chilies, lemon juice, lime juice, cumin, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper to a processor, and mix until combined

Add red onion and cilantro, and pulse until just incorporated (2-3 pulses).

Add salt and pepper to taste.
