3 dried guajillo chile peppers

16 tomatillos

6 cloves garlic

2 tbsp lime juice

Tabasco sauce, to taste

2 tsp ground cumin
Steps

Broil chiles until lightly charred (3-5 minutes).

Add tomatillos, garlic, and broiled chiles in a small pot, and submerge with water.

Bring to a simmer on medium heat, and cook uncovered until chiles are soft (8 to 10 minutes).

Reserve ½ cup of simmered water, then drain tomatillos, chiles, and garlic.

Add tomatillos, chiles, garlic, fresh lime juice, tabasco, cumin, and ½ cup reserved water to a food processor. Blend until smooth.
