Boar’s Head® Apple Pie Hummus Cheesecake Bites

Crust Ingredients

> 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
> 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
> 1/4 cup sugar
> 1/4 tsp salt

Cheesecake Ingredients

> 2 (8 oz) tubs Boar's Head ® Apple Pie Dessert Hummus
> 4 tbsp brown sugar
> 2 1/2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese
> 4 eggs
> 1 (12 oz) container store bought caramel sauce
> 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Crust Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9” round (or square) spring form pan.

In a food processor, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar and salt and pulse until smooth.

Press the graham cracker crumb mixture into bottom of spring form pan.

Bake for 10 minutes and cool completely.

Cheesecake Instructions

In a mixer bowl, combine 1 tub (8 oz) of Boar’s Head® Apple Pie Dessert Hummus, brown sugar and cream cheese until fully blended.

On low speed, add eggs into mixture one at a time. Scrape down sides of bowl after each addition.

Pour cream cheese batter into the cooled crust. Bake for 35 minutes or until center is set.

Chill completely. Remove cheesecake from pan.

Spread 1 tub (8 oz) of Boar’s Head® Apple Pie Dessert Hummus on top of cheesecake. Drizzle caramel sauce and powdered sugar to taste.
