Cherry Marinade

Great for chicken, pork, or even salmon, this cherry marinade will bring some sweetness to your plate. Top off your meal with halved Rainier cherries for some bonus flavor!

> 1/3 cup olive oil
> 3 tbsp dark brown sugar
> 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
> 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
> 1/4 cup cherry juice
> 1 1/2 tsp lemon zest


Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Use marinade for protein of your choice.
