Ingredients

> 1/2 (14 oz) box Success® Boil-in-Bag White Rice
> 1 lb Nature's Promise® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
> 1 (12 oz) pkg broccoli florets
> 1 tbsp sesame oil
> 1/2 cup onion, diced
> 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
> 1/2 cup shredded carrots
> 1/2 cup frozen shelled edamame, thawed
> 1/2 cup water chestnuts
> 3/4 cup Kikkoman Stir-Fry Sauce
> Sesame seeds, optional

Steps

Prepare two bags of the rice according to package directions. Cut chicken breasts into thin strips. Cut the broccoli florets into smaller pieces.

In a large skillet, heat the oil on medium-high. Add chicken and cook 2 min., stirring often. Add the onions and cook 2 min., until soft. Add the bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, edamame, and water chestnuts. Season with salt (in moderation). Cook 5 min., stirring often.

Add the stir-fry sauce. Remove rice from bags and add to skillet. Cook 3 min., until vegetables are tender and chicken is cooked, stirring often. Divide between 4 bowls and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
