Ingredients

> 1 1/2 to 2 cups milk of choice
> 1 (8 oz) bag Dole ® Boosted Blends ® Berry Spark™

Variations

> 1 (8 oz) bag Dole ® Crafted Smoothie Blends ® Tropical Fruit Blend with Dragon Fruit
> 1 (8 oz) bag Dole ® Crafted Smoothie Blends ® Banana Mango Berry with Refreshing Kiwi

Optional:

> Chia seeds
> Flax seeds
> Almond milk
> Plain yogurt

Measure 1.5 to 2 cups of the milk of your choice, depending on desired thickness, and pour into a blender.
