1 (3.5 oz) wedge Dorblu Blue Cheese

1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon

1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

1 tbsp brown sugar
>
2 tbsp maple syrup

Combine bacon and nuts in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until the bacon is crispy and the pecans are toasty. Add brown sugar and maple syrup and stir until the mixture is bubbly and thick. Spoon over room temp Dorblu cheese and enjoy with savory crackers.
