> 1 (14 oz) pkg Impossible™ Sausage Made From Plants (Savory)
> 1 tbsp cooking oil, such as avocado or vegetable
> 1 1/2 tbsp butter or plant based butter
> 3 tbsp flour
> 2 cups whole milk
> Salt & pepper
> 4 biscuits, freshly baked or your favorite store bought
Add cooking oil to a 3-quart sauce pan over medium-high heat. Crumble Impossible™ Sausage Made From Plants (Savory) in the pan. Cook until golden brown.
Stir in the butter. Once melted, whisk in flour. Cook and stir until flour and butter is completely incorporated, about 1 minute.
Add milk slowly, ½ cup at a time, stirring constantly, and continue to cook until thickened to desired consistency, or until sauce coats the back of a spoon.
Slice or tear open biscuits. To serve, ladle sausage gravy over biscuits. Enjoy!
