> 32 mini vanilla wafer cookies
> 1/2 cup marshmallow creme
> 1/2 (12 oz) bag semisweet chocolate morsels
> 1 tbsp canola oil
> Kosher salt
Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment. Add half of the cookies to prepared baking sheet. Spread 1 heaping tsp marshmallow creme onto each cookie and top with remaining cookies. Freeze sandwiches 10 min.
In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate and oil. Microwave 1–2 min., in 30-sec. intervals, stirring between each one. Remove s’mores from freezer. Dip one half of each s’more into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and return to parchment. Decorate with the sprinkles and/or sea salt. Freeze 30 min., until set. Serve at room temperature.
Use a fork to fully coat the s’mores in chocolate.
