Thanksgiving Leftover Pizza

> 1/2 (16 oz) pkg white pizza dough refrigerated
> 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
> 1/2 cup prepared gravy
> 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
> 6 oz leftover smoked turkey
> 6 oz leftover smoked ham
> Chopped fresh basil, optional for garnish
> Grated Parmesan cheese, optional for garnish


Preheat oven to 450°F. Add canned cranberry sauce to blender with 1/3 cup water and blend until smooth.
Grease a deep baking dish with olive oil. Stretch and press the pizza dough into the dish. Spread gravy and layer cheese, turkey, ham, and then cranberry sauce. Top with basil and parmesan cheese as desired.
Bake 15-20 min., or until crust is crisp.
