Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and the melted butter. Press crumbs into bottom of a baking dish.
Beat the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and eggs until combined.
Transfer ¼ cup filling each to 2 separate bowls and add red and the blue food coloring and combine.
Add remaining white filling over graham cracker base.. Spoon alternating dollops of blue and red filling down length of cheesecake. Swirl colors into white filling, and bake.
