Ingredients

> 2 tsp olive oil
> 1 tsp minced garlic
> 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

> Salt and pepper
> 1 tsp fine herbs (parsley, chives, chervil, tarragon)
> 2 tsp chopped parsley
