Ingredients

> Cooking spray
> 3/4 (19 oz) pkg frozen battered fish fillets
> 2 limes
> 1/4 cup olive oil
> 1/2 (12 oz) pkg rainbow slaw
> 1 (15.9 oz) pkg precooked Nature's Promise® Brown Rice

To Serve (Optional):

> Sliced jalapeños
> Chopped cilantro
> Hot sauce

Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Lightly spray basket with the cooking spray. Add the fish and cook 12–13 min., until crisp, flipping halfway through.

Meanwhile, zest 1 lime into a medium bowl. Add 3 tbsp juice from the zested and second lime. Stir in the oil and season with salt and pepper. Add the slaw mix and toss to coat. Microwave the rice according to package directions.

Divide rice among 4 bowls. Thinly slice the fish. Top bowls with slaw and fish. Add sliced jalapeños, cilantro, and hot sauce, if desired.
