Ingredients

> Cooking spray
> 1 (17.4 oz) box Betty Crocker ™ Delights Cookie Brownie Bars Mix
> 1/3 cup canola or vegetable oil
> 1 large egg
> 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, divided
> 3 tbsp butter, softened
> 1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts
> 1/2 cup crushed pretzel sticks
> 1/4 tsp salt
> 1 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Steps

1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch metal baking pan with parchment and then coat with the cooking spray. In a medium bowl, combine the brownie mix packet, 2 tbsp water, oil, and egg. Stir until smooth, then fold in ½ cup chocolate chips. Transfer batter to prepared baking pan.
2
To a second medium bowl, add cookie dough packet, softened butter, and 2 tbsp water. Mix until dough forms. Drop cookie dough by 9 rounded tablespoons into batter in 3 rows of 3. Bake 35–40 min., until toothpick comes out almost clean.
3
In a medium bowl, mix together the remaining ½ cup chocolate chips, peanuts, pretzels, and salt. Immediately after removing pan from oven, top the brownies with the marshmallows, then add the chocolate chip-pretzel mixture. Return pan to oven and bake up to 5 min., until marshmallows are puffed. Allow to cool completely, up to 2 hours. Cut brownies into squares. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
