2 (8.8 oz) pkg Nature's Promise ® Precooked Jasmine Rice

2 sheets Blue Dragon ® Sushi Nori

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp Sriracha

1 (8 oz) pkg flake-style imitation crab

2 tbsp sliced green onion, divided
>
1 tsp sesame seeds
>
1 ripe avocado, peeled and diced

Preheat oven to 350°F. Microwave the rice according to package directions. Using kitchen scissors, cut each nori sheet into 4 equal squares. Press each nori square into a cup of a 12-cup muffin pan. Divide rice among cups (about 2 tbsp each), pressing with a spoon to adhere rice to nori.

In a medium bowl, whisk the mayonnaise and sriracha to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Break the crab into bite-size pieces. Add crab and 1 tbsp green onion to bowl and stir to combine.

Divide crab mixture among muffin cups. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Bake 12–15 min., until crab is lightly browned on top. Broil 2–3 min., until tops are lightly golden. Let cool 20 min. in muffin pan. Garnish with the avocado and remaining 1 tbsp green onion.
