Iced Cookie Butter Latte

Skip the coffee shop and make this lightly sweet iced latte in less than five minutes. Maple syrup, cookie butter, and vanilla extract balance the coffee, and a generous splash of half & half makes the drink creamy too.

Ingredients

> 3 tbsp cookie butter
> 1 tbsp maple syrup
> 1 1/2 cups freshly brewed coffee
> 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
> Ice, as needed
> 1/2 cup half & half or whole milk
> Ground cinnamon, to garnish

To a liquid measuring cup, add the cookie butter and maple syrup. Warm in the microwave about 15–30 sec., until cookie butter is melted. Add the coffee and vanilla, stirring to combine until cookie butter is incorporated.

Add ice to glasses. Divide coffee mixture between them. To each glass, pour in the half & half. Stir to combine, then serve. If desired, garnish with the cinnamon.
