3-Ingredient Cheesy Biscuits

You’d never guess that these crispy-on-the-outside, fluffy-on-the-inside biscuits are made from just 3 ingredients!

Ingredients

> 1 1/2 cups baking mix
> 2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese, reserve 1/2 cup for sprinkling
> 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt

Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, combine the baking mix, 1½ cups cheese, and yogurt. Mix until combined, then transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead until the dough comes together.

Pat dough into a 1-inch-thick rectangle. Cut into 8 rectangular biscuits. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with additional ½ cup grated cheese.
