Ingredients

2 (15 oz) cans chickpeas

2 (8 oz) pkgs cooked whole beets

1 tbsp minced garlic
>
3 tbsp sesame oil
>
1 tsp caraway seeds

Drain and rinse the chickpeas and the beets. Coarsely chop the beets. Set in the bowl of a food processor with the garlic and sesame oil. Whiz until mixture is smooth. Season with salt. Garnish with caraway seeds.
