> 2 tbsp oil, divided
> 1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak
> 2 medium red and/or yellow bell peppers, sliced
> 1 onion, sliced
> 1 clove garlic, minced
> 8 tbsp Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Bourbon BBQ Sauce, divided
HEAT 1 Tbsp. oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak, if desired, with salt and pepper and cook to desired doneness. Set aside and keep warm.
HEAT remaining oil in same skillet over medium heat and cook peppers and onions until tender crisp, about 5 minutes. Stir in 6 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Bourbon BBQ Sauce and garlic. Reduce heat and cook, covered, until tender, about 15 minutes.
SLICE steak and top with pepper and onion mixture. Drizzle with remaining Sauce.
