Ingredients

4 (4 oz each) turkey burger patties

1 small carrot

1 romaine heart, very thinly sliced

1/4 cup Caesar dressing

4 hamburger buns, lightly toasted

4 tsp Dijon mustard

Set grill or grill pan to medium. Season the turkey burgers on both sides with salt and pepper. Place burgers on grill and cook 4–5 min. per side, until done.

Meanwhile, into a medium bowl, coarsely grate the carrot. Add the romaine and Caesar dressing. Toss until well combined.

Place burgers on the buns. Spread with the Dijon and top with Caesar salad and bun tops.
