Ingredients

> 1/3 cup mayonnaise
> 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
> 2 tbsp lemon juice
> 1 tsp Dijon mustard
> 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
> 1 small garlic clove, minced
> 3 tbsp olive oil
> 1 cup Caesar croutons
> 2 romaine hearts, halved lengthwise
> Shaved Parmesan cheese, to garnish (optional)

Steps

1
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic. Gradually whisk in the oil until dressing is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
2
In a large resealable bag, coarsely crumble the croutons using a rolling pin or your hands. Arrange the lettuce on a large plate or platter. Drizzle some of the dressing over lettuce wedges. Top with crumbled croutons and shaved Parmesan, if desired. Serve with remaining dressing.
