2 tbsp sundried tomato pesto

1 plum tomato, sliced

3 basil leaves

1 oz shredded mozzarella

Spread the tortilla with the pesto. Top tortilla with the tomato, basil, and mozzarella. Bake in toaster oven until cheese melts, about 5 min. Fold over into semicircle. Cut into wedges.
