1/2 cup finely shredded shredded cheddar cheese

4 triangular wedges snack cheese
>
4 sprigs fresh parsley

Crackers, for serving

Place the Cheddar in a small shallow dish. Unwrap the cheese wedges. Gently mold each wedge into an elongated carrot shape. Press into Cheddar to coat top and sides of cheese.

Arrange carrot snacks on serving plate. Stick 1 parsley sprig into the wide end of each carrot to make green tops. Serve with the crackers.
