Ingredients

9 cups Rice Chex™ Cereal, Corn Chex™ Cereal or Chocolate Chex™ Cereal (or combination)

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz)

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup butter
>
1 tsp vanilla
>
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
>
3 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Cereal
>
1 cup mini marshmallows

Into large bowl, measure Chex™ Cereal; set aside.

In 1-quart microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter uncovered on High 1 minute; stir. Microwave about 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag.

Add powdered sugar. Seal bag; shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool completely, about 30 minutes. Stir in Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Cereal and marshmallows. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
Tips
Microwave ovens vary, so keep careful watch when melting chocolate mixture.
For best results, be sure to shake the plastic bag vigorously to coat the cereal mixture evenly with powdered sugar.
