Thinly slice the cucumber. Halve and thinly slice the red onion. Chop the dill. Drain the horseradish.

In a bowl, whisk together the vinegar, sugar, horseradish, mustard, dill, and oil. In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, onion, mixed greens, and horseradish vinaigrette. Toss to combine. Serve immediately.
