Ingredients

> 1/2 (2.1 oz) pkg fully cooked bacon
> 1 (8 oz) tub whipped cream cheese spread
> 1/2 cup sour cream
> 1/2 (24 oz) tub dill pickles
> 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Microwave the bacon according to package directions. Cool slightly, then crumble into small pieces.

In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and 2 tbsp pickle juice until smooth. From the pickles, finely chop 1 cup. To the dip, stir in pickles, cheese, and ¾ of the bacon. Season with salt and pepper.

Refrigerate 30 min. before serving. Top with remaining bacon and serve with the crackers.
