1 (19 oz) pkg frozen battered fish fillets (10 count)

1/2 cup tartar sauce, divided

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1/2 (12 oz) bag rainbow slaw

5 hamburger buns, split and toasted

Prepare fish fillets according to package directions.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together ¼ cup tartar sauce and the vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Add the slaw mix, breaking any large broccoli into smaller pieces if needed, and toss to combine.

Spread remaining ¼ cup tartar sauce on bottom buns. Place 2 fillets on each bottom bun, then top with slaw and tops of buns. Serve immediately.
Tips
Serve with lemon wedges for squeezing.
