1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

3/4 cup garlic parmesan Italian vinaigrette

1 cup hickory barbecue sauce

1 1/2 lbs beef sirloin, cut into strips

In a large, resealable plastic bag, combine the Worcestershire sauce, vinaigrette, barbecue sauce, and steak. Squeeze bag to make sure meat is thoroughly covered with marinade. Chill until ready to grill.

Remove steaks from marinade using tongs and place on a hot grill. Discard marinade. Grill strips until done, about 12–15 min., flipping halfway through.
