1/4 cup Holland House ® Organic Red Wine Vinegar

1 tsp honey

3 garlic cloves, finely minced

2 tsp Dijon mustard

1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
>
1 1/2 tbsp grated Parmesan
>
1/2 tsp salt
>
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Measure all the vinaigrette ingredients into a jar with a tight-fitting lid. For a mellow flavor, use more oil; for a sharper flavor, more vinegar.

Shake until combined. Store in the refrigerator 3-5 days; shake before using. Makes about 1 cup.
Tips
Serving Suggestion: For a side salad for four, start with 2-3 Tbsp. of vinaigrette for 8 cups of lettuce, tossing to coat and continue adding until greens are evenly coated and glossy. Do not overdress. Serve immediately.
