Ingredients

> 3 cups rotisserie chicken shredded
> 1 (10 oz) can enchilada sauce
> 1 (8 oz) pkg shredded cheese divided
> 1 (15.5 oz) can black beans
> 2 cups fully cooked white rice
> 6 soft tortillas

Steps

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Layer chicken, rice, beans, portioned cheese, and enchilada sauce on soft tortilla.

Roll the tortillas and place in baking dish.

Top the rolled enchiladas with remaining cheese and bake until cheese is bubbly, about 20 minutes.
