Ingredients

> 1 (16 oz) pkg rice noodles, cooked according to package directions
> 3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
> 1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
> 1 cup bean sprouts
> 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
> 1/2 cup chopped scallions
> 1/2 cup  bamboo shoots
> 1/2 cup sliced  jalapeños
> 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
> 6 cups chicken broth
> 1 tbsp Sriracha 
> 1 tbsp hoisin sauce

Combine all ingredients in large pot over medium heat until warmed, about 5-7 minutes.
