Ingredients

1 (16 oz) pkg rice noodles, cooked according to package directions

3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded

1 1/2 cups shredded carrots

1 cup bean sprouts

1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms

1/2 cup chopped scallions
>
1/2 cup bamboo shoots
>
1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
>
1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
>
6 cups chicken broth
>
1 tbsp Sriracha
>
1 tbsp hoisin sauce

Prepare noodles as directed on package.

Combine all ingredients in large pot over medium heat until warmed, about 5-7 minutes.
Tips
• Add small beef or pork meatballs, sliced beef tenderloin, tofu, and any other vegetables you prefer.
