Overnight Blueberry-Cinnamon Oats

Letting the oats soak in the fridge overnight infuses them with cinnamon-y goodness and also slashes their cook time the next morning.

> 1 cup old-fashioned oats
> 1 1/2 cups fat-free milk
> 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
> 1/8 tsp cinnamon
> 2 tsp honey
> 1 cup blueberries


In a medium bowl, stir together the oats, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and pinch of salt. Divide into 2 resealable jars and top with the honey and blueberries. Refrigerate overnight.
When ready to eat, uncover and microwave 2–3 min., until oats are tender and mixture is warm.
