1 cup old-fashioned oats

1 1/2 cups fat-free milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/8 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp honey

1 cup blueberries

In a medium bowl, stir together the oats, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and pinch of salt. Divide into 2 resealable jars and top with the honey and blueberries. Refrigerate overnight.

When ready to eat, uncover and microwave 2–3 min., until oats are tender and mixture is warm.
